Lemon, walnuts and honey to prevent influenza

We offer you a nice recipe of folk medicine. All the ingredients it contains vitamins, micro and macroelements, operating health of the organism. This mixture has a much potassium and iron. It has antioxydant activity, protects from atherosclerosis and aging. But not using it in diabetes, obesity, allergy to some components.
• Want to strengthen your immunity and not be afraid of influenza, it is to make the following mixture as the advice of the experts referred to in the above lines.
• Cut 4 lemon into small pieces and remove seeds.
Add 2 cups of tea nasitneni walnuts, 300 g dried apricots, cut into small, 300 g raisins, 4 spoonfuls of honey.
